Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once products have been shipped. All sales are final.
Product Freshness & Natural Ingredients
We are committed to using only natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives, colors, or additives. Due to this:
- Each box has a clearly marked “Best By” date
- Cookies should be consumed or frozen by this date for optimal quality
- Because we use no preservatives, our natural ingredients mean a shorter shelf life than commercial cookies
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and shipping tracking information
- You will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier
- We will provide necessary documentation to support your claim

- Carefully inspected before packaging
- Securely wrapped for shipping

Exceptions
In the rare event that you receive clearly damaged or incorrect items, please:
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in your communication
- Do not consume any damaged products
